I hate to take a star off but the staff here is awful at the front desk. They are very snobby and refuse to help with anything. We asked for an extra trash bag and they looked at us with disgust and said “no.” We asked to use their printer and offered to pay and they gave the same response. The breakfast and cleaning staff are very nice but the front desk was rude and unhelpful and acted like we were inconveniencing them. The breakfast was good but sometimes there were no vegetarian or vegan options but they try to accommodate for you which is very nice. The hotel is very noisy as well. You can hear lots of commotion in the courtyard in the morning. The rooms are lovely and clean. The beds are comfortable. The water is a little unpredictable in temperature but it’s nothing intolerable. Overall enjoyed the stay but the staff was kind of the worst and really disappointing.

I booked this hotel and later cancelled due to illness of our family. At that time of cancellation, my reservation was within the free-cancellation period, but the hotel refused to refund to my credit card. Two month has passed after this issue happened but still this is not solved. They are truly money robber and not trust worthy. I would recommend you to avoid this hotel.

Great Hotel, Incredible Location!, very friendly staff, very secure parking off site 3 blocks away. Great rooms, breakfast included, with good variety. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best hotels we've stayed at for it's overall experience and services. This is guaranteed a 5-star hotel; better than Cesar's Palace in Las Vegas. - Super clean place; constantly being cleaned - has a family patio with ~8 tables - has a small lobby with seating - a tour guide area with tour-plans - a small lounge area towards the entrance - public bathroom downstairs (each room also has their own spacious bathroom) - they serve FREE delicious and appetizing breakfast w/ options (2-courses w/drink options) - PLEASE LEAVE A GOOD TIP FOR COOKS - 24/7 FREE Coffee/ Fruit-stand (while it lasts) and also water (room temp and. Kettle for hot) - free WiFi/TV - Kind staff and family owners (make you feel very welcome)

Water issues throughout our stay and limited access to cold water. They also have signs for guests to use the bucket for showers. The location is great, but you will have to deal with the traffic if your room faces the street. Registration is not concerned about accommodating your needs. However, The cleaning and breakfast staff were great. I would not recommend due to the noise and unwillingness of registration giving us a room away from the street.

Decent breakfast, very clean rooms. You have to remember it's an old building so when it comes to the hot water ( which there is plenty of ) I would suggest to start with the cold and then add hot. Excellent location!!
